To ProtecDoor, “Gracious Professionalism” means to be able to compete with others fiercely while demonstrating important values such as teamwork and fun. It also means that it enforces competitive integrity, staying kind to other teams by saying "good game" or helping them with some problems they may face and trying to cheer everyone up. Although we believe having healthy competition is important, we also think that showing good sportsmanship towards other teams and helping each other out is an essential part of the learning process that we are going through. We strive to remove any biases and keep an international mindset in order for everyone to be encouraging, motivated and driven to win.
